Digital Bakers’ activity is not subject to prior administrative authorisation or compulsory membership of a professional body, and the company has not signed up to any code of conduct.

Purpose and acceptance

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website digitalbakers.com (the “Site”), including its Spanish and Catalan versions. Accessing the Site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this notice in the version in force at the time. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Site.

Should any clause of this notice be declared void or unenforceable, the rest shall remain valid.

The Site is informational: it presents Digital Bakers’ services, projects and publications and offers ways to get in touch. No services are contracted through the Site; any contractual relationship with Digital Bakers is formalised separately.

Terms of use

You undertake to use the Site lawfully, in accordance with this notice and in good faith. In particular, the following is not permitted:

• using the Site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the rights of Digital Bakers or third parties;
• attempting to access restricted areas, systems or other people’s data;
• introducing malicious software or carrying out actions that damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the Site;
• extracting content in bulk or by automated means while ignoring the directives in our robots.txt file;
• impersonating another person in our forms, or filling them in with false information or information belonging to third parties without their permission.

We may block access to the Site, without prior notice, to anyone who breaches these terms or the law.

Intellectual and industrial property

The Site’s content is protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belongs to Digital Bakers or its respective owners.

“Digital Bakers” and its logo are the company’s distinctive signs.

Client trademarks, logos and screenshots are displayed solely to identify the work carried out. If you own any of these elements and would like to request their removal or correction, write to hello@digitalbakers.com; we will handle your request diligently.

You may consult, quote and link to the Site’s contents provided you credit the source and link to the original page. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication) requires our prior written permission; request it at hello@digitalbakers.com. Software we publish in public repositories is governed by the licence stated in each repository.

Links

The Site contains links to third-party sites (social media profiles, client sites, cited sources). Digital Bakers does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement of or any relationship with them unless expressly stated. In accordance with Article 17 of the LSSI-CE, we will promptly remove any link to unlawful content as soon as we have actual knowledge of it.

You may link to any page of the Site provided the link does not reproduce the contents inside another site (frames or framing), does not suggest a relationship with Digital Bakers that does not exist, and does not come from sites with unlawful content or content contrary to the law.

Liability and availability

We strive to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but it is general and indicative in nature and does not constitute advice. We may modify, suspend or withdraw content without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site: we may suspend access for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We apply reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of viruses or other harmful elements; you are responsible for having suitable tools to detect them.

To the extent permitted by law, Digital Bakers is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Site or the inability to use it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

This notice is published in Spanish, Catalan and English; in the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless the applicable rules establish a different mandatory jurisdiction, such as that of the consumer’s domicile.
